As I layed there on my balcony below the sunset, I heard some light jazz music start to play down at the bay. I set down my glass of wine. Emmie, our maid walked up and refilled my glass of wine. "Your massage therapist is here." She said in her strong Australian accent. "Thank you, Emmie." I said. I picked up my glass of wine and headed inside. "Darling." I heard. I looked up. There Matt stood in his ussual black suit and tie. He smiled and kissed me on the cheek. "Darling." I said smiling. "Darcy. Great to see you." I said as I layed down on my massage table. Darcy started giving me my massage. She was the greatest and highest paid massage therapist in the country. "So, darling." Matt said as he sat down on a chair next to me. "Yes, dear?" I asked as I let out a moan. "Right there, Dar." I said. She continued to massage the tense area on my upper right shoulder blade. "I've got a meeting with former President Clinton." He said. "I'll be in DC for about a week." "Aww baby, but it's Valentine's Day tomorrow." I wined. "Don't you worry about that, my love." He said. "It's all taken care of. Be downstairs at the front door at five am." "Five am it is." I said. "Little Davey made honor roll again. And Matt Junior made his first Home Run tonight. I wish you could have made it to the game." He said. "Give Davey a kiss for me and tell Matty congratulations." I said. "Will do." He said. I felt him kiss the back of my neck. "See you in two weeks. I love you." "I love you too." "One other thing." He said. Then he began to sing. "Shot through the heart and you're to blame, baby you give love a bad name!" "Excuse me?" I asked. I opened my eyes and jumped up. "Oh my god." I said as I turned off my radio alarm clock. I hopped out of my bed and got in the shower. "I don't want Matt to be more like Nick. . ." I said to myself. "What a dumb dream." I rushed in the shower and got dressed. I did my hair and makeup, then threw on my shoes. I grabbed my purse and headed off to work. I was very nervous about seeing Matt. I kept giggling as I thought about what an intimate night we shared together. I stepped into work and stopped right in my tracks when I saw Matt at the front desk discussing something with Bevin. The phone rang at the front desk. Matt looked up as Bevin answered the phone. He smiled really big when he saw me. "Sam." He said. He looked like he was trying not to laugh and he was blushing like crazy. "Can I see you in my office? I have something to discuss with you." I just nodded. Bevin hung up the phone. "Hey." She said to me smiling. "Hi." I said. I followed Matt to the back and into his office. "Yes?" I asked. He closed the door to his office and put his arms around me. He leaned down and started kissing me. The door opened, pushing him and knocking me onto his desk. "Sorry!" Bevin said peaking in. "You have a call on line two." She told Matt. "Thanks." He said. He stepped behind his desk and sat down. He picked up the phone. "Sorry." She whispered as she left the office. I turned toward Matt. "Yes. Yup. I can do that." He said. "Mom, yes. No I won't be bringing a date." He hung up the phone and smiled at me. I leaned over the desk and we started kissing again. The door to his office opened again, I pulled back quickly. "Okay, so you will be doing the tour today." Matt told me as he pretended he was looking through the papers in the notebook in front of him on the desk. "Matt." Bevin wined as she stepped into the office. "I was suppose to be doing the tour today." "Oh." He said. "Right. Um. . . I guess I was looking at the wrong chart." She gave him a strange look. "Okay." She said. "Your brother is on line five." "You know, Bevin you can just speak to me through the intercom." He said pointing to the small speaker on his desk. "Oh." She giggled. "Sorry. I guess I'm just getting bored sitting out there." She left and he picked up his phone again. He pushed the button for line five. "What's up?" He asked. "No dude." He hung up. I laughed. "He's just giving me shit." He said. I giggled and leand over to kiss him again. But, once again, Bevin barged into his office. "I said I don't want to do the tour!" I shouted pounding my fists on his desk. He jumped back in his chair. "Damnit! I thought I was doing the tour!" Bevin said sounding really mad. "Why do you keep asking her to do it?" "Uh. . ." He said. "It's all you, Bevin. I am not up to it today." I said. She left the room frustrated. She slammed the door behind her. Matt and I laughed. He got up and walked around the desk up to me. He picked me up and sat me down on the desk. He reached his arm behind him and locked the door. We started kissing once again. He began unbuttoning my shirt. "Matt." I whispered. "Not here." "Why not? Be spontanious." He said quietly. I giggled and he laughed. "Shh." He said. He pulled up my skirt and pulled down my panties. I undid his pants and pushed them down. We started having sex. He was able to finish before Bevin was banging on the door. "One second." I whispered to him. "Yeah?" He asked her. "Mr. Pilfer is here to discuss some advertising." She said. "Okay, one second." He said. "I'm finishing up a call." He pulled away from me and pulled his pants up. "Are you kidding me?" I asked. "I have to meet with him." He said. He picked me up and kissed me on the forehead. He picked up my underwear from the floor and handed them to me. I was so mad and beyond frustrated. I slid them on quickly. "Hey. Baby." He said grabbing my arm. I rolled my eyes. He laughed. "Don't be upset." He said. "I'll make it up to you tonight." He whispered. I pulled my arm away from him. "Baby." He said. I opened the door and headed out to the ladies room. I rushed passed Bevin and she ran after me. "Are you okay?" She shouted. "Sam, you look upset." I stopped and turned around. "Tell Matt I went home for the day." I told her. "I have a horrible headache." "Okay. Do you need anything? I have tylenol." She offered. I shook my head no. "Thanks though." I said. She smiled. "Feel better."
